Services are provided at our office, through teletherapy, at daycare or preschools, and in select cases, at home.
Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length and are recommended 1-3 times per week on average, based on your child’s specific needs. Sessions will be fun, enjoyable, and productive!
Each child is unique! While some children may “graduate” in a few months, others might need a few years. Therapy duration varies based on individual needs and consistent completion of home carryover activities.
No, all sessions are private pay only. We operate without insurance limitations, giving us the flexibility to customize the frequency, type, and duration of services to meet your individual needs and goals. A superbill will be given to you for evaluation/services provided, upon request. You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Children who attend private school or homeschool are eligible for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities through the program Step Up for Students. This scholarship covers 100% of evaluation and treatment costs.
A speech/language evaluation costs $300 and includes a full written report with case history, informal observations, formal assessment results, and recommendations. Therapy sessions are $65 for 30 minutes and $130 for 60 minutes.
A $30 travel fee will be applied for in-home or in-school sessions.
You will set up an account through Jane, our secure client portal, where all major debit and credit cards are accepted. We also accept payments via cash and Zelle.
Yes, parents and/or caregivers are welcome to observe sessions.
You will have complete access to Jane, our easy-to-use, HIPAA-compliant software where all records are maintained. Session notes will be available after each session. Additionally, you will be able to use the client portal in Jane to view upcoming therapy sessions, pay invoices, and receive text reminders.
